Nozzle Information:
Each nozzle is hand cast and trimmed using food grade clear silicone. The closed dimensions are 3" around at the base and about 2" tall. When the tab is open it sits about 6" long. They're super flexible, somewhat squishable, and easy to clean. They come in two separate base options, and in white and black versions. Base Option 1- Semi-Permanent:
The semi permanent option uses a loop piece that matches the shape of the nozzle base, that has holes pre-punctured in it to easily stitch it to the top side of fur or other fabric materials. Once stitched on it is fairly robust but also can be unstitched for removal. The hook base of the nozzle allows for easy attachment that is strong and resists pulling off and can handle being worn in a normal environment. This option also allows a "plug" option where another piece of hook velcro can be covered in matching fur to hide the nozzle when not in use, though this. This option can also have the loop base permanently attached to the fur using adhesive, but still be covered with a fur plug when desired.
Base option 2- Permanent:
The permanent option is a felt interface imbedded into the silicon (white option shown below). The felt can be adhered to the desired material using various adhesives (e-6000, hot glue, contact cement). If this is done to fur I recommend shaving the fur down first to match the shape of the nozzle so the adhesive goes directly to the backing.
